In general my Scarlett is set to 48000 sample rate and 192 buffer size although I have tried increasing the buffer size right up to 1024 and dropping the sample rate down to 44100 but it makes no difference really.

In Mixcraft I experience various problems such as high CPU usage (especially when using Izotope plugins or Sonible plugins), random plugin crashes/failures, random droputs/glitches/crackles/pops.

Just some system spec info to give a little context: Win 10 22H2, Intel i7 9700K, 16GB RAM 3000MHz, RTX 2070 Super GPU, DAW and all samples etc stored on an NVMe drive (all the OS files and drivers for the audio interface stored on another NVMe drive). Hi, I am having some issues at the moment using Mixcraft 9 Pro Studio along with my 1st gen Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 and various plugins.

WARNING LONG AND DETAILED (BORING?) POST.
